Due to health and safety regulations, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges on all purchases made through Alexandrea Anissa. If your order was sent the wrong item(s), size or color, please contact us immediately and I will send out the correct item(s), size or color.

I will not grant returns, refunds, or cancellations because of change of mind or ordering the wrong size. If you need help choosing a size, please contact us. If you refuse to pay custom taxes and duties for your order, you are responsible for the full original charges including shipping and any Import Fees associated with the order. By purchasing from Alexandrea Anissa you agree all sales are final.

If your order has a sewing error please contact us. I will either fix or replace any item(s) with sewing errors.
